With regard to my artistic adventure I would like to address special thanks to:

my father Giuseppe – alias “Gido” the name he got when he created beautiful ceramic bas-relieves - for passing on to me his creativity, almost in a secret way, and for persuading me to venture into painting, some years ago.
My wife, Daniela, for supporting me with love, discretion and realism during my journey into a new self discovery, and for her –often successful– remarks.
Tullio de Franco: at the beginning he was “only” a very sensitive master of pictorial vision and technique, and later became an extraordinary friend and companion in conversations and intellectual adventures.
Andrea Romoli Barberini, Loris Schermi and Valerio Dehò for his remarks, advice and –always affectionate– criticism, and for initiating me to logics of the “system of contemporary art”.
Abraam Abramianz, Simona Barbaresi, Carla Camagni, Giulietta Cavallotti, Mario Corinthios, Chantal Corso, Stefania di Filippo, Marina Fabbri, Elena Fabris, Giuseppe Giangrasso, Luca Giannini, Pietro Guglielmo, Silvia Marcoccia, Luca Mongo, Giovanna Noia, Anna Pinzari, Lily Pungitore, Vittoria Ramondelli, Alessandro Rampello, Clara Rondonotti, Angela Scaramuzzi, Sabrina Valenza, and masters Davide Orlandi Dormino, Gianna e Maria Pina Bentivenga, Fabrizio Dell’Arno and all the friends who run the small yet big “coterie” (guild), namely the RUFA laboratory in via Lariana together with Tullio de Franco.
Italo Bergantini (Romberg Art Contemporary) and Franco Senesi (Franco Senesi Fine Art), the first ones to believe in my photographic works.
Agostinho da Costa Borges, chancellor of the “Portuguese Institute of Saint Antonio”, and Francisco de Almeida Dias, director of both the Art gallery and the library institute, for his friendship and his interest in art that links us together.
Vincenzo and Mauro Boccia –the second generation of “Boccia Graphics Arts SpA, an innovative, original, international and entrepreneurial reality– for their friendship and taste for mecenatism, and Piersandro Libardi, a day-dreamer, but also the smart graphical project manager of the company.
Francesco Porti, my website designer: he’s efficient, proficient, precise and, at the same time, creative and original. He is an outstanding web designer.
To all the people, friends and strangers, who have enjoyed the company of one of my works.

Last but not least, a special thanks go to Alfio and Fabio Monelli, founders and creators of the Rome University of Fine Arts - Libera Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma.
